Morgan Jenkins, NAIT PFT
Morgan Jenkins is the Company Director and Founder of Move SomeBODY Personal Training. With over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry and a Personal Fitness Training diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Morgan brings a strength and passion to her work as a Personal Trainer. Growing up in Fort McMurray, Morgan understands the challenges of finding quality customer service in a "boom town". Her primary focus is to establish unique relationships with her clients in order to better provide a valuable service and an enjoyable experience. Morgan provides her clients with the utmost personal care, accountability and attention to detail. Through her motivation and guidance, Morgan helps her clients commit to a healthy lifestyle, believe in themselves and achieve desired results.

Jake Cahoon, HBKin, CSEP-CPT
Jake Cahoon believes in the importance of living a healthy, active lifestyle. He is committed to sharing his knowledge and experience with his clients in order to help them achieve their fitness goals, big or small.
A recent graduate from Lakehead University; Jake holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with emphasis in human mechanics and health promotion. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer under the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.
Jake is a fitness enthusiast who has long been involved in athletics as both an athlete and coach. While studying at university, he played two years of competitive hockey in the CJHL. Currently Jake enjoys playing sports, strength training, and learning about the latest in the health field.
